Jacqueline Thöns is a fine art and portrait photographer from Hamburg, Germany. She was always fascinated by different styles of art and began to create conceptual portraits when she got her first camera seven years ago. Photography is her medium to express her imagination and exiting, adventurous dreams to make them visible for others. Wherever she is outside she seeks out for interesting locations and unique props to emphasize the stories she tells through photography.

Self-portraiture gives her the opportunity to shoot whenever an idea comes to her mind. For her it is like playing a role in a theater play. When she stands in front of her own camera the character she represents clings to the body like a second skin.
